Get buy in from your team

Convincing your colleagues that this event will be worthwhile is dependant on your clture but if they are already enthusiastic to help the customer and work freely for a week then a chat will do. Whatever you chat about follow up with an email containing the details.

If they're not so enthusiastic then use the presso from the previous lesson and identify why they don't get excited and try to address that. There are too many possibilities to coveer them all. Leadership suggests that YOU being enthusiastic and pushing for something awesome like a week helping customers will at least encourage the team to try it one time.
